Morgan Wallen Donates $15K For Music and Art Camp
Thanks to a $15,000 grant from the Morgan Wallen Foundation, 35 Knoxville children from underserved communities will soon attend a camp with specialized music and arts instruction.
The Salvation Army Knoxville Area Command announced the donation in a June 30 social media post. Wallen’s grant fully covers the costs for these children to attend Camp Paradise Valley, a camp and conference center owned and operated by the Salvation Army Kentucky and Tennessee Divisional Headquarters.
“They’ll enjoy a week filled with fun, friendship, and specialized music & arts education, all while building confidence and lifelong memories,” the organization posted to its Instagram account. “We’re beyond grateful to the Morgan Wallen Foundation for investing in the future of our youth here in East Tennessee.”
For these 35 children, fun is just right around the corner. WATE News reports that the grant covers the costs of kids attending attending camp between July 7-11 and July 14-18.
“For many of these children, this will be their first time attending camp and exploring music and the arts in such a hands-on way,” Major Cameron Henderson, Area Commander of The Salvation Army Knoxville Area Command, told the outlet. “It’s more than a week away—it’s a chance to discover their talents, build confidence, and just be kids.”

Wallen Sits Tight at No. 1
In May, Morgan Wallen’s highly-anticipated fourth studio album, I’m the Problem, debuted atop the Billboard 200. Six weeks later, the follow-up to 2023’s One Thing at a Time is still holding strong.
I’m the Problem remained at No. 1 on the July 5 chart, beating out Benson Boone and Karol G. Earning 177,000 units, the album nets the largest total for an album in its sixth week on the chart since Adele’s 25 earned 363,000 in January 2016.
