4 AC/DC Deep Cuts Only Diehard Fans Know

If you love AC/DC, you probably have heard these four songs before. However, the uninitiated might not be familiar with these underrated gems. Either way, let’s get down with some AC/DC and explore four deep cuts that all fans should know!

1. “Bedlam In Belgium”

“Bedlam In Belgium” comes from AC/DC’s 1983 album Flick Of The Switch. Oddly enough, critics hated that album when it was first released. All the band really did was take their production efforts back a bit by self-producing the record. They did so because For Those About To Rock…, to the band, was too far of a departure from the sound that was authentic to them.

Fortunately, a lot of people have since come around on this album, in part thanks to “Bedlam In Belgium”. This song is a great AC/DC anthem that deserved way more love back in the day.

2. “House Of Jazz”

This later-career song from the 2000 album Stiff Upper Lip is a pretty chill release from AC/DC, complete with some memorable beats. Don’t let the title fool you, though. “House Of Jazz” has little in the way of jazz instrumentation. Still, it’s an awesomely simple song with the band’s excellent established formula, and Angus Young’s riff is a real earworm.

3. “Sin City”

The 1978 record Powerage is an excellent album, and “Sin City” is a standout track from that particular release. It’s not as flashy or in-your-face as other AC/DC hits. It’s a solid, full song with everything you’d expect from the hard rock band. Boldly, I’d say this is one of the most authentically AC/DC songs from the band’s early era.

4. “Got You By The Balls”

This entry on our list of AC/DC deep cuts might have a crude name, but don’t let that distract you from the sheer quality of the song. “Got You By The Balls” is one of the best songs off of The Razor’s Edge from 1990, and it’s a great little comeback tune from a killer comeback album. “Got You By The Balls” was overshadowed by bigger hit singles at the time, and it’s a real shame. This song is just fun.
