Heart will kick off the 2025 edition of its Royal Flush Tour this weekend with a February 28-March 1 stand in Las Vegas at the BleauLive Theater. The band had to overcome some adversity before returning to the road, as frontwoman Ann Wilson was diagnosed with cancer last year, forcing the group to postpone much of its scheduled 2024 tour.

Now, guitarist Nancy Wilson says her sister and Heart bandmate is healthy and ready to kick it out again.
As Nancy explained in a new interview with Salt Lake City Weekly, “Modern science, man. God bless it. [Ann] dealt with [her illness], she kicked it’s a–, and now we are back.”
She continued, “[W]e’re back out there and finishing what we started last year with this tour, and everybody’s feeling really extra happy that we’re able to get out and do it.”

The 2025 Royal Flush Tour features 24 shows spread across the U.S. and Canada. The trek runs through an April 16 concert at the famed Radio City Music Hall in New York City. Heart also has a June 16 performance lined up at the Wolf Trap venue on Vienna, Virginia.
Most of the concerts will feature a special opening act, with Squeeze, Cheap Trick, and Lucinda Williams scheduled to lend support at select shows. Heart also will play several gigs without an opener.
About Heart’s Concert Set List
In concert, Heart usually plays one or more Led Zeppelin covers alongside its classic hits and fan favorites. Nancy told Salt Lake City Weekly that will continue to be the case during the upcoming tour.
“There’s always a challenge to not do more than two Zeppelin songs,” Wilson admitted. “Right now, we’re doing ‘Going to California’ and ‘The Ocean’ in our set. And every Zeppelin song we play, it’s just extremely fun to do.”
Regarding the set in general, Nancy said, “We do big rock and we do romantic ballads, and it’s kind of a variety show the way we do our show, so there’s kind of something for everybody and it’s a fun show.”
More About Ann Wilson’s Illness and Recovery
Heart were eight dates into its 2024 Royal Flush Tour when the band announced in May that they were canceling a series of European concerts scheduled for June and July because Ann had to undergo a “routine medical procedure” from which she’d need at least six weeks to recover.”
Then, Ann revealed in a July 2 message that the procedure was “to remove something that … was cancerous.” The singer also reported that she would be undergoing chemotherapy treatment, and that her doctors instructed her to take the rest of the year off to recover. That’s why the rest of Heart’s 2024 tour dates were postponed.
In September, Ann revealed that she had completed chemotherapy treatment, had received good test results, and was ready to tour again. 2025 tour dates were announced around that same time.
